ITINERARY
Day 01: Colombo – Delhi | Delhi - Varanasi
by Flight | Lunch | Dinner
Arrive at Delhi airport and connect domestic flight to Varanasi. Arrive at Varanasi Airport. Meet and assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel for check in. After Lunch visit Sarnath along with Pirith Ceremony (where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon). Also visit Sarnath Museum and Stupa. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Varanasi – Bodhgaya

After breakfast, drive to Bodhgaya. On arrival check in at hotel. After Lunch, visit Mahabodhi Temple. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel in Bodhgaya
Day 03: Bodhgaya

Morning visit Mahabodhi Temple. Offer Milk Rice to Bodhi Tree and Observe SIL. Evening sightseeing at Niranjana River, Sujata Temple – which is across the Niranjana river & its 30 minutes walk, Then visit Dungeshwari Caves. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 04: Bodhgaya – Rajgir (Nalanda)

Early Morning offer Heel Danaya to Sri Lanka Monks at Mahabodhi Society. After breakfast, drive to Rajgir. Visit Gijjakuta (Vulture Hill), hot spring in Rajgir, World Peace Stupa, Valuvana (Bamboo’s Garden). After lunch at the hotel, visit Nalanda to see ruins of the world’s oldest University.Dinner and overnight stay at hotel Rajgir.
Day 05:
Rajgir – Vaishali

Vaishali - Kushinagar
175 Kms | 05 HOURS | Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner
After breakfast, drive to Kushinagar. Enroute visit Vaishali Stupa and Ashoka Pillar, Hot Lunch at Vaishali. After Lunch, drive to Kushinagar on arrival. Kushinagar transferred to the Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel in Kushinagar
Day 06: Kushinagar – Lumbini
180 Kms | 05 hrs | Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner
Early morning visit Maha Parinirwana Temple (where Buddha took his last breath) and Rambhar Stupa (cremation site of Lord Buddha) & Japan Temple.
After breakfast, drive to Lumbini (Nepal). While going to Lumbini, stop at the India/Nepal border for Visa/Immigration formalities. Later check-in at Hotel. 15 Min. drive from the Nepal Border.
After lunch, visit Lumbini, the Birthplace of Lord Buddha. Visit Maya Devi Temple and Ashokan Pillar. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 07: Lumbini – Sravasti

After breakfast, drive to Sravasti. On arrival check in at the hotel. After lunch visit Sravasti, where Buddha spent his 24 monsoons, visit Jetvana and Ananda Bodhi Tree & Attend to the Bodhi Pooja. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 08:
Sravasti – Lucknow

Lucknow – Delhi
by Domestic Flight
Delhi – Colombo
by Flight
After breakfast, drive to Lucknow and straight transfer to the airport to board the flight to Delhi to connect to Colombo.
