ITINERARY
Day 01: Colombo – Delhi

Arrive Delhi, meet and assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel for check in. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02: Delhi – Agra
205 Kms | 05 hrs | Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner
After breakfast visit National Museum, drive past India Gate, Parliament House and President House. After lunch drive to Agra. On arrival check in at hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03: Agra – Sankasiya – Lucknow
400 Kms | 06 hrs | Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner
After breakfast visit world famous Taj Mahal (Friday Closed) and drive past Agra Fort. Later drive to Lucknow. Enroute visit Sankasiya Stupa and Pillar. Hot lunch at Sankasiya. On arrival check in at hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04: Lucknow – Varanasi

After early breakfast drive to Varanasi. On arrival check in at hotel. After lunch visit Sarnath along with Pirith Ceremony (where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon). Also visit Sarnath Museum and Stupa. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05: Varanasi – Bodhgaya

Early morning Boat ride on River Ganges to see the Bathing Ghats. After breakfast drive to Bodhgaya. On arrival check in at hotel. After lunch visit Mahabodhi Temple. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 06: Bodhgaya

Morning visit Mahabodhi Temple to observe SIL & Bodhi Tree, Great Buddha Statue, Niranjana River, Sujata Temple – which is across the Niranjana river & it’s 30 minutes’ walk. Lunch at hotel. Afternoon visit to Dungeshwari caves. Dinner and overnight stay at Bodhgaya.
Day 07: Bodhgaya – Vaishali – Kushinagar

After breakfast drive to Kushinagar. Enroute visit Vaishali Stupa and Pillar. Hot lunch at Vaishali. On arrival check in at hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 08: Kushinagar – Lumbini

Early morning visit Maha Parinirwana Temple (where Buddha took his last breathe) and Rambhar Stupa (cremation site of Lord Buddha) & Japan Temple. After breakfast drive to Lumbini. (Nepal). While going to Lumbini, stop at India/Nepal border for Visa/Immigration formalities. Later check-in at Hotel. 15 Min. drive from the Nepal Border. After lunch visit Lumbini, the Birth place of Lord Buddha. Visit Maya Devi Temple and Ashokan Pillar. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 10: Sravasti – Agra

Day 11: Agra - Delhi – Colombo Departure
